At Edison Custom Packaging LLC, we take pride in producing high-quality, fully customized packaging solutions.
Because every order is made specifically to client specifications, our products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by us.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or does not match the approved design or specifications.
  • The issue is reported within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Photo or video evidence is provided showing the issue.

If the claim is approved, we will either:

  • Reproduce and ship a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Offer a partial or full refund (depending on the nature and severity of the issue).
3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The order was approved for production after mockup confirmation.
  • The product has minor color variations within standard printing tolerances.
  • The customer changes their mind or cancels after production has started.
