By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.Services
Edison Custom Packaging LLC provides custom packaging design, manufacturing, and fulfillment services.
Each project is tailored to client specifications, including but not limited to material, size, design, and printing details.
3.Orders & Payments
- Orders may be placed through our website, email, social media, or WhatsApp.
- All orders must be confirmed in writing before production begins.
- A deposit or full payment (as specified in your quotation or invoice) is required prior to production.
- We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed quotes remain valid for the duration specified in the quotation.
4. Custom Designs & Mockups
• We provide digital mockups for client approval prior to manufacturing.
• Once approved, no changes can be made without written confirmation and potential additional charges.
• The client is responsible for reviewing all artwork and details before final approval.
5. Production & Shipping
• Production times vary depending on order specifications and volume. Estimated timelines will be provided during the quotation process.
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to third-party carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
• Edison Custom Packaging LLC is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or does not match the approved design.
• Any claims for defective or incorrect items must be made within 7 business days of receipt, with photo evidence provided.
7. Intellectual Property
• All designs, templates, and mockups created by Edison Custom Packaging LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
• Clients must ensure they have the rights to use any logos, trademarks, or designs they provide.
• Edison Custom Packaging LLC is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringements related to client-provided artwork.
8. Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edison Custom Packaging LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in dispute.
9. Privacy & Communication
• We collect and store customer information for order processing and communication purposes only.
• By contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or social media, you consent to receive updates and communication related to your order.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within New York, USA.
11. Updates to Terms
