1. Order Processing
• Production begins only after written confirmation and payment.
• Standard production times vary depending on the project’s complexity and quantity; estimated timelines are provided during the quotation stage.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reliable national and international carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS (depending on destination and package type).
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or provided via quotation.
3. Shipping Times
• Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days after production.
• International: 7–21 business days after production (depending on customs).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs clearance.
4. Tracking & Delivery
• Once shipped, customers will receive an email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number.
• Edison Custom Packaging LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier after dispatch.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Any reshipping due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
• If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
• If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
• Edison Custom Packaging LLC is not liable for delays or loss once the package has been handed to the carrier, but we will help facilitate resolution.
6. International Shipping & Customs
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied by their country.
• We cannot control or predict customs delays.
